Rock Works 535 is led by Danielle Livingston, a retail marketing and operations consultant with a background in building sales and marketing systems that support real growth. After years leading revenue operations inside growing organizations, I now work directly with retail founders to simplify complexity, improve conversion and create consistency across in-store and online experiences.

I work with shop owners and retail founders who are growing but feel weighed down by messy systems, unclear priorities and marketing that doesn’t translate into sales. My focus is on the operational side of growth: tightening processes, improving conversion, and making sure marketing, sales and day-to-day execution are actually working together.
